In 2009, the school project included educational activities not only for city schoolchildren but for village children as well.

Art-photographer and one of the regular trainers of the project, Alexander Feodorov, other coordinators visited Ton village in Issyk-Kul region to organize trainings for local children. Trainings included regular topics of the project: photography, participatory video and place-based writing. Schoolchildren from Bishkek city schools #6, 24 and 29 together with their friends from Ton village attended At-Chabysh Festival in Barskoon village, visited nursery garden in Tort-Jul village and had walks on beautiful places along the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. By learning about traditional Kyrgyz music, children were making a film together. Together they built a yurt, made traditional bread, learned about traditional Kyrgyz life. The final photo-exhibition was organized in National Library for the Youth named after K.Bayalinov. Traditionally children were awarded with prizes for the best photographs and essays. The group of children from Ton village visited International School in Bishkek, Music School named after S.Kiyizbaeva, spent time together with their new friends in the city parks.
